HCL Masonry were hired by Hargreaves Construction to provide a sizeable team of 10-15 bricklayers in autumn 2020. Working on behalf of Manchester Council and Southway Housing Trust, this development consisted of 13 social houses which were completed in the spring of 2021 and located in the suburb of Partington. Following many modern residential developments, we were hired to erect a single outer skin for this timber-framed design.
