Princes Factory / Hargreaves Contracting
Working on behalf of Hargreaves Contracting, we are proud to work on our largest factory development to date. Located in Bradford, Princes’ food was in need of a new soft-drink production line totaling 15,000sq ft of space. This work consisted of putting up new blockwork, steel frame and alterations to create new entrances for forklifts.
HCL Masonry were able to advise and closely follow the building plans provided to keep Princes costs lower and yet still deliver on their tight deadline. We recognise our clients’ importance for budgetary and programme constraints

Hinchliffe Construction was responsible for the brickwork package on a new extension we built at Princes Drinks Ltd. The package was a mixture or fair face internal blockwork and external brickwork. They also took on various small builders works projects forming various 5m square door openings which incorporated 5.5m long heavy duty RSJ’s and significant temporary propping works.
Christian Hinchliffe was on site for the duration of the works. He was found to be very knowledgeable in what he did, proactive in finding the best solutions to any problems. His time keeping and his attitude towards his client and fellow workers on site was impeccable at all times, assisting others whenever he could.
Hinchliffe Construction’s work was always to the highest standard, I would definitely recommend them and we will not hesitate to use them again on any future projects.
